Gluten Free White Bread
Requires a bread making machine:
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
- 1 1/2 c. "Gluten Free" Flour Mix
- 1 1/4 teaspoons xanthan gum
- 1/3 cup dry milk powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar (or 4 1/2 teaspoons or 1 tablespoon + 1 1/2 teaspoon)
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil OR 2 tablespoons butter/margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
Steps:
- Combine flours, xanthan gum, milk powder, salt
- Beat the eggs
- Combine water, vegetable oil, vinegar, eggs
- Place ingredients in bread machine: yeast on bottom, flour mix, sugar, then liquids on top
