Salsa
Ingredients:
- 3-4 heirloom tomatoes
- 1/4 of a red onion
- 3/4 of a green pepper (optional)
- 2 jalapenos
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of garlic chives (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste (optional)
Instructions:
- Place jalapeno, garlic, chives & cilantro in food processor & pulse until finely ground.
- Add lemon, olive oil, cumin, salt & pepper to food processor.
- Add red onion, green pepper and tomatoes. Use pulse function to reach desired consistency.
