Poultry Seasoning

My famous poultry seasoning recipe has been exposed:

• 1 Tbsp oregano
• 1 tsp celery salt (Ensure this has not been cut with anti-caking agent.)
• 1 tsp paprika (Not recommended for people with sensitivity to nightshade vegetables.)
• 1/2 tsp granulated garlic (Note: Most garlic powders are cut with anti-caking agent, so don't use powder.)
• 1/4 tsp black pepper

Mix together, and spread on poultry. Make extra, and store away for next time.
