Super Quick Nut Butter Bars
One of our favourites
Note: This is the same as the Chocolate Nut Butter Bars without the chocolate.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 c. almond flour (or your favourite nut flour)
- 1 c. unsweetened shredded/dessicated coconut
- 1/2 c. nut butter
- 1/3 c. honey (or maple syrup if you can tolerate)
Steps:
- Mix in bowl
- Press into a 9x9 pan
- If not adding chocolate topping, place in freezer
- Once frozen, cut into squares and store in freezer.
