Canada's own, Baby Blue Soundcrew are hitting the mainstream with their first party collection. In fact, I didn't know that such a compilation was legally or financial possible. That's right, it's a gem of rap mixed album. There are more big name tracks and artists then you can shake a leg at. Interspersed among the 25 tracks on this album, are five tracks by Canadian artists. "Money Jane" is the hottest Canadian track featuring Kardinal Offishall, Jully Black & Sean Paul. This party collection is unique because all of the tracks (with the exception of "Da Rockwilder" by Method Man & Redman) are the radio versions. So basically, you can play this album just about anywhere. The tracks are all upbeat, perfect for a party, taking from the rap, reggae and R&B genres.
Featured tracks include the smash hits, "Still D.R.E." by Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg, "You Owe Me" by Nas & Ginuwine, "Back That Thang Up" by Juvenile, "What's My Name" by DMX, "Get It On Tonite (remix)" by Montell Jordan & LL Cool J, "Got To Get It" by Sisqo, "Let's Ride" by Q-Tip and many more.
This mix album is a must get. It is uncut, packing in 20 hits and five Canadian tracks. If you can't deal with radio edited versions on songs, then this party collection isn't for you. However, if you enjoy rap and are looking for a nice compilation, then you can't go wrong with the Baby Blue Soundcrew.
